Job Summary
Coordinate ad-hoc HR data requests and ensure structured, on-time implementation. Research, consolidate, validate, and analyze data across multiple HR systems to prepare insights and action recommendations for business units. Support Workday reporting development by creating reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators. Drive automation of reporting processes and expand self-service solutions to evolve the analytics landscape. Collaborate closely with HR Analytics, Compensation, and stakeholders on data-driven projects while contributing ideas for process optimization. Requires Master's or advanced Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with prior data analytics experience. English and German proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Masterstudium (oder in einem fortgeschrittenen Bachelorsemester) der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Analytics, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Statistik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence oder HR Analytics
- ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
- strukturiertes, sorgfältiges sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Umgang mit Daten macht Spaß
- erste Erfahrungen mit Excel sowie Reporting- oder BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI oder Workday Reporting)
- sicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Arbeiten im Team
