Job Summary
Support ongoing digitalization and transformation projects through technical assistance and programming. Collaborate with cross-functional departments including production, quality, and logistics to advance a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Conduct potential analysis for AI solutions to evaluate application cases, efficiency gains, and feasibility. Assist in connecting machines and equipment to IoT platforms and MES/ERP systems. This Werkstudent role requires a current degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or automation technology. Flexible working hours accommodate study schedules, with a structured onboarding phase leading to independent responsibility. The position offers deep insight into real production transformation projects and exposure to agile and lean methodologies within ABB's global team.
Required Qualifications
- Laufendes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Industrie 4.0, Automatisierungstechnik oder Maschinenanbindung wünschenswert
- Interesse an Produktionsprozessen, digitalen Systemen und KI-Anwendungen
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
