Werkstudent (m/w/d) Digital Communication & Adoption

Conduct research and prepare best practices for digital collaboration and knowledge management. Create community concepts, role descriptions, and documentation for Microsoft Viva Engage guidelines. Develop e-learning materials, training documents, and quick guides to support onboarding and awareness campaigns. Assist in workshops, pilot groups, and user training while analyzing feedback to drive improvements. Produce presentations, reports, and management documents for internal communication channels. This role supports change management and communication initiatives to foster user acceptance within a medium-sized family engineering and consulting firm. The position is open to students in business informatics, economics, or communication sciences with strong German and English skills.
