Maintain and update training materials across all online bootcamps, ensuring content remains current, structured, and aligned with brand standards. Manage documentation and process wikis in tools like Notion to keep workflows accessible. Optimize and troubleshoot AI automation scripts within Make and n8n to ensure reliable course operations. Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for participants and new colleagues, while tracking learning progress and attendance. Coordinate schedules between trainers, coaches, and cohorts. Work remotely or in the Cologne South district office with flexible hours. Requires C1 German and English proficiency, plus familiarity with cloud tools and LMS platforms.
