Job Summary
Support daily customer service operations in the Southern region by handling customer inquiries, maintaining master data, and communicating with internal departments. Create reports and perform data analysis to support team objectives. This temporary, one-year position requires up to 20 hours per week and is based in Kirchheim/Teck near Stuttgart. Candidates must be enrolled in a university program, preferably with an economic focus, and possess strong German and English communication skills alongside advanced MS Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule
- Studium idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Bezug
- Technisches Verständnis
- Zeit und Lust, bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche zu unterstützen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Souveränen Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
