Job Summary
Coordinate and manage daily operational transport logistics, including fleet dispatch and seamless transport flow coordination with drivers and internal departments. Analyze, digitize, and continuously optimize transport and logistics processes while developing impulses for new digital workflows. Lead cross-functional projects such as site relocation, conduct logistical tenders, and create KPIs, dashboards, and management reports. Take ownership of project tasks and gain experience in coordinating and leading a logistics team. Work closely with the logistics leadership, seven professional drivers, and adjacent business units to combine operational work with strategic project management.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Souveränes Kommunizieren mit unterschiedlichen Adressaten
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

- Interesse an Logistik, Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und KI-Anwendungen
