Accompany young Vietnamese apprentices on bureaucratic tasks such as official visits and bank account openings. Organize and lead excursions while conducting regional workshops to facilitate their arrival and integration into life and training in Germany. Serve as the primary contact for start difficulties and provide general guidance, including regular checks on apprentices' accommodations. Facilitate practical workshops covering shared housing, household rules, and training obligations while monitoring individual learning and work development. Requires a registered Bachelor or Master student with excellent German skills, with Vietnamese language an advantage. Full-time role with flexible hours and remote work options available.
