Job Summary
Manage westwind's social media presence by creating standout content, developing Reels, and amplifying podcast formats across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Produce and edit video and photo material for internal and client projects, ensuring trends and new tools are integrated proactively. Work directly on shoots and photo productions to optimize visual impact across all channels while maintaining a keen sense of aesthetics and timing. Submit your portfolio reel and personal introduction via video instead of a traditional application. Based in Bochum, this role offers full responsibility from day one with creative freedom and direct collaboration with the founder.
Required Qualifications
- Einen eigenen Kanal, einen Blog, ein Format oder eine Community
- Die Fähigkeit, Content selbst zu produzieren und zu schneiden
- Kenntnisse von CapCut, Premiere oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen
- Das Verständnis von Instagram, LinkedIn und TikTok als Macher:innen
- Die Fähigkeit, eigenständig, schnell und mit eigenen Ideen zu arbeiten
- Ein Gespür für Ästhetik, Timing und Auftreten online und offline
- Vor Ort in Bochum
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit Podcast-Produktion und -Auswertung
- Know-how in Fotografie und Film
- Ein Studium mit Marketing-, Medien- oder Kommunikationsbezug
- Grundkenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Cloud
