Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting creation, interview coordination, and candidate communication across the entire hiring process. Execute active sourcing for defined target groups to build talent pipelines and prepare direct outreach materials. Collaborate with hiring managers, P&O partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and maintain candidate experience. Contribute to recruitment projects focusing on process optimization, digitalization, and data-driven strategy execution through market research and analysis. Work as an enrolled student with a maximum of 20 hours weekly, supported by flexible scheduling and a hybrid model. Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule mit laufendem Studium
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit gutem Zeitmanagement
- Professioneller Umgang mit sensiblen und personenbezogenen Daten

Desired Qualifications
- Studienrichtung Wirtschaftspsychologie, Psychologie, Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Recruiting, im Personalbereich, im Hochschulmarketing, im Projektmanagement oder in einer serviceorientierten Tätigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Active Sourcing und aktuellen Entwicklungen am Arbeitsmarkt
- Erste Erfahrungen mit HR-Systemen wie Workday
