Job Summary
Manage the company LinkedIn presence by planning, creating, and publishing content while handling community engagement with relevant stakeholders. Support additional social channels like Instagram and TikTok, adapting content to platform logic and developing cross-channel strategies that strengthen each platform. Draft monthly editorial calendars, research industry trends, and analyze performance data to identify patterns and optimize future posts. Contribute ideas for campaigns and thought leadership formats directly to the founders. Work closely with the marketing team to shape how Exaris Solutions is perceived in the healthcare community.
Required Qualifications
- Eingeschriebener Student im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Medien, Public Health, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Echtes Interesse am Gesundheits- und Pharmamarkt
- Erste praktische Erfahrung mit LinkedIn und idealerweise weiteren Social-Media-Plattformen
- Begeisterung und praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools
- Gespür für Sprache und Plattformlogik
- Analytisches Mindset
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (Muttersprachniveau) und gutes Englisch
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit Tools wie LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Canva oder Adobe Express
- Grundkenntnisse in den Compliance-Anforderungen pharmazeutischer Kommunikation
