Job Summary
Support the operational and strategic marketing daily activities by planning, preparing, and executing online and offline marketing measures. Create and develop content for social media, newsletters, the website, and other communication channels while assisting in campaign concepts and thematic plans. Prepare presentations, texts, and materials for external communication and maintain the website's current, clear, and convincing appearance. Research trends, potentials, competitors, and new ideas to advance the marketing function. Independently manage task packages and bring structure to ongoing topics. This role offers broad exposure to the entire marketing field, working closely with other departments on real projects and decisions within IDALABS' construction industry software solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Du befindest dich in einem fortgeschrittenen Studium, zum Beispiel in Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Sprache, Inhalte und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und selbstständig
- Du denkst mit, bringst eigene Ideen ein und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du kannst dich schnell in neue Themen einarbeiten und behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst dich auch auf Englisch sicher verständigen
Desired Qualifications
- Du hast Interesse an B2B Marketing und daran, wie Unternehmen sich klar und professionell nach außen präsentieren
- Du hast idealerweise schon erste praktische Erfahrungen in Marketing, Kommunikation, Content oder Social Media gesammelt
