Job Summary
Conduct remote quality checks and final approval of acceptance protocols for heat pumps to guarantee high technical and safety standards. Collect and structure installation data to maintain performance visibility, while identifying common failure sources, root causes, and documenting findings precisely. Develop training materials from documented errors to improve field team performance and actively optimize workflows to boost installation efficiency. Collaborate closely with planning, installation, and maintenance teams to sustain overall quality levels. This role supports the company's vision of building the future energy system using wind, sunlight, and heat pumps, working within flat hierarchies at Hamburg-based or remote locations.
Required Qualifications
- currently enrolled in at least two semesters at a German university
- enrolled in a technical or engineering-related field of study
- available to work 15–20 hours per week
- available to work up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
Desired Qualifications
- strong interest in the heat pump industry
- first-hand practical work experience in the heat pump sector
