Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) - Projektierung & Umsetzung, Batteriespeicher (BESS)

Plan and design Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, including site layouts, technical drawings, and component sizing for cables and protection technology. Assist in preparing grid connection applications according to VDE-AR-N 4110 standards and manage documentation within CRM and Notion. Research industry norms and trends while building automation tools and workflows for project planning. Optionally conduct initial outreach to electrical contractors for installation projects. Work directly with the Delivery & Operations Lead to oversee the full project lifecycle from design to commissioning. Requires an electrical or energy engineering degree, practical experience in energy sectors, and fluent German (C1+). Start date and application materials including portfolio highlights required.
