Job Summary
Manage event registrations by processing incoming applications and capturing relevant data while overseeing the project management inbox. Support the organization of the framework program and the student and career development initiative. Actively engage in daily operational tasks within the Messe München Neue Technologies division. This six-month, 20-hour part-time role offers work in a motivated team with strong collaborative support, including mobile working options and social benefits like travel reimbursements. Ideal candidates are enrolled in business studies or related fields with event organization experience, demonstrating empathy, reliability, and strong German and English language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid student status (gültig immatrikuliert)
- Business studies degree or equivalent (betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengang oder vergleichbaren Studium)
- Prior internship experience in the event industry (erste Erfahrung bei einem Praktikum im Veranstaltungswesen)
- Excellent German language skills (sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse)
- Solid English language skills in speaking and writing (fundierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift)
