Develop and implement a modern social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn while planning, creating, and publishing creative content including posts, Reels, and stories. Accompany employees during daily operations to capture authentic behind-the-scenes footage on construction sites and in residential complexes, then edit images and videos using modern tools. Generate ideas for recruiting campaigns and employer branding materials, monitor current social media trends, and analyze post performance to drive new actions. Support marketing initiatives, events, and website maintenance. This role offers significant autonomy to build the company's social presence from the ground up within a family-owned real estate management firm in Kiel. Flexible hours accommodate ongoing studies.
