Job Summary
Support the project team with Oracle Cloud implementation in P2P logistics and Warehouse Management System workstreams. Execute warehouse measures including location labeling, stocktakes, process analyses, and preparation for the Oracle rollout. Assist departments with testing, acceptance, and optimization of new logistics processes within the WMS environment. Create and maintain project, process, and training documentation. Analyze, prepare, and ensure quality of master and movement data during migrations and process adjustments. Participate in workshops, training sessions, and coordination meetings with internal departments and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Interesse an Digitalisierung, Prozessmanagement und ERP-Systemen, beispielsweise Oracle oder SAP
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sicheres Beherrschen der gängigen Microsoft-365-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
