Job Summary
Support contract drafting and review for IT projects, employment agreements, and NDAs while researching legal questions in corporate law, data protection, and compliance. Develop training materials, templates, and guidelines independently. Engage with the distributed legal teams in Munich and Düsseldorf to gain practical insight into modern legal practice. This role offers early responsibility within a flat-structured, international team focused on diversity and career development.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbarer Studiengang bzw. Referendariat
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
