Job Summary
Conduct contract review and drafting for IT project agreements, employment contracts, and NDAs while researching legal questions in corporate law, data protection, and compliance. Develop training materials, templates, and guidelines independently. Engage in daily legal practice across Munich and Düsseldorf teams, taking early responsibility for structured legal work. Gain practical insights into modern legal departments through active contribution to the business. Required Qualifications
- Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbarer Studiengang bzw. Referendariat
