Job Summary
Support the Release Lead in preparing and implementing transformation measures at the Dresden manufacturing site. Coordinate with stakeholders during User Acceptance Tests for various program releases and assist in conducting impact assessments to evaluate process and system changes. Create training materials and help plan, execute, and track training initiatives while collaborating closely with project team members, global experts, and internal partners. Contribute to status reporting, tracking open issues, and organizing change preparations. This 6-month internship runs from February, offering 15–20 hours weekly during the semester and up to 40 hours during breaks. You will work within an open team utilizing a trust-based schedule and access to further education, with a focus on project management, process optimization, and change management in an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Eingeschriebener Bachelor- oder Masterstudentin der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationssysteme, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Programmmanagements oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Ab Februar für mindestens 6 Monate
- 15 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche während des Semesters
- Bis zu 40 Stunden pro Woche in den Semesterferien möglich
Desired Qualifications
- Interesse an Projektmanagement, Prozessoptimierung und Change Management in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder in Transformationsprojekten
