Job Summary
Conduct accounts payable reconciliation by verifying creditor invoices and preparing release-ready documentation for department heads. Support the annual planning and budgeting process to align financial strategy with operational goals. Assist the CFO in optimizing controlling processes by building reporting structures and maintaining precise financial data integrity. Test, implement, and integrate new software solutions and AI tools to drive digital transformation within finance workflows. Work directly with the CFO and expert team members to execute these tasks with high precision and technical adaptability.
Required Qualifications
- Einschreibung als BWL-Student (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Accounting, Controlling oder Finance)
- Technische Versiertheit und schnelles Verstehen von Zusammenhängen
- Verstehen von Datenbanken und Freude bei großen Tabellen
- Präzise Arbeitsweise, Strukturierung bei Admin-Aufgaben und Detailorientierung
- Verständnis für KI-Tools und erste Erfahrungen im Prompten (idealerweise)
