Pick, pack, and ship outgoing blood test and starter kits via our internal system. Track incoming orders, verify items, and scan them into the system. Monitor inventory levels, process reorders at threshold triggers, and book deliveries. Operatively handle returns and reverse shipments. Serve as the first line of customer support for logistics tickets regarding delays, missing items, address changes, and simple order inquiries. Escalate medical or technical questions to relevant colleagues. Maintain the warehouse organized, clean, and audit-ready. Work 20 hours weekly with a performance review after three months. Based in Königswinter, Bad Honnef, Bonn, or immediate vicinity with reliable transport access.
