Job Summary
Manage the CFO's calendar, prioritize tasks, and prepare meeting agendas and materials for Luke and the Founding Team. Build monthly reporting dashboards, develop forecasts, and support the accounting team with closing processes. Own end-to-end strategic projects, automate finance workflows, and prepare investor updates with financial modeling and due diligence coordination. This role transitions from heavy administrative support to a 15% assistance ratio as you assume full Founders Associate responsibilities in the CFO Office. You will work directly with the CFO on real-time data and decisions, with the opportunity to write your Master's thesis at the company.
Required Qualifications
- Absolute Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion
- Laufendes Masterstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder etwas Vergleichbarem
- noch 3 bis 18 Monate bis zum Abschluss
- Sehr gute Excel- bzw. Google-Sheets-Kenntnisse
- Erste Praxiserfahrung in Finance, Controlling, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, VC oder in einem Startup
- Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- KI-Tools sind für dich Arbeitsalltag, nicht Neuland
- Deutsch auf C1-Niveau
- gutes Englisch auf B2 Niveau
- Lust darauf, in Berlin im Büro zu sein
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit BI-Tools, SQL oder Python für Analysen
- Erste Berührung mit Buchhaltung, HGB oder Steuerthemen
