Job Summary
Implement internal strategic initiatives from concept to execution while collaborating directly with the CEO on company-wide projects. Own smaller sub-projects focused on process optimization, automation, and internal reporting, driving tangible improvements in operational efficiency. Leverage AI tools to identify and implement process enhancements, conducting tool scouting and prototyping to validate new internal concepts and technologies. Proactively suggest structural improvements and evaluate emerging digital solutions to support the organization's growth and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Laufendes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
