Job Summary
Conduct sales enablement by creating pitch decks, business cases, and whitepapers while researching leadership trends for market and competitor analysis. Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for research, content generation, and process automation, and actively contribute to the Leadership portfolio and Be6!-Framework development. Support consultants on selected client projects through structured content creation and visual design using PowerPoint or Miro. Assist with data preparation and webinar coordination alongside the marketing team. Requires C1 German and B2 English, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with Miro or No-Code tools. Hybrid work arrangement available with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
- Organisierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Phasen den Überblick zu behalten
- Proaktive Aufgabenannahme
- Schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Themen
- Strukturierung von Informationen

- Erfahrung im Aufbau von KI-Agenten
- Kenntnisse in Miro
- Praktische Projekterfahrung im Personalbereich
- Projekterfahrung mit Fokus auf Personal- oder Organisationsentwicklung
