Job Summary
Werkstudent/in for E-Commerce & AI Projects supporting the control and execution of the mobile app project for ESN at the intersection of E-Commerce, Product, and Tech. You work closely with business, engineering, product and external partners, take responsibility for clearly defined sub-projects, maintain and develop project documentation in Confluence, prepare structured syncs, contribute to concepting new app features and digital touchpoints (e.g., personalization, loyalty, app-exclusive actions), help unlock sales and retention potential, and use AI tools (e.g., Claude) for research, competitive analyses, communication and documentation, driving AI and automation use-cases within project context. You prepare results in a structured way for stakeholders (updates, concepts, presentations, decision bases).
Required Qualifications
- Student status (im Studium) in Business Administration, Information Systems, E-Commerce, Online Marketing or a comparable program
- Interest in e-commerce, mobile apps, digital products and new technologies
- Structured, clear communication and business/process understanding
- Ideally experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) or e-commerce tools (Shopify, Klaviyo) or mobile products
- Proficiency with AI tools in daily work and a sense for where automation can improve processes
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
