Job Summary
Working Student in Business Development to independently analyze performance data across the business—from paid social and product launches to subscription retention—and turn findings into concrete recommendations. Contribute to retention strategy by spotting patterns, identifying levers, and helping develop and execute initiatives. Build AI-powered workflows and automations using Claude Code, N8N, and custom-coded apps to make internal processes faster and smarter. Research new tools, potential partners, and operational improvements, bringing structured recommendations. Take ownership of smaller projects end-to-end across all areas of the business, from idea to execution.
Required Qualifications
- Studies + some experience in startup, consulting, or fast-paced environment
- Structured doer with ownership mindset
- Hands-on operational mindset
- Analytically sharp; comfortable with data tools (Excel, Slides, Notion)
- Curious, pragmatic, fast; problem-solving attitude
- Dog temperament or interest a plus (not required)
