Job Summary
Develop and refine architectural concepts for modular timber construction projects, translating ideas into detailed floor plans and technical drawings. Create and verify drawings and plans in close collaboration with internal teams while actively participating in project analysis and evaluation. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, supporting the sales team in acquiring new projects. Critically review and optimize existing plans and concepts to ensure technical feasibility and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Holzbau und innovativen Baukonzepten
