Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, chat, and email while guiding prospects through the online ordering process for Polestar vehicles. Resolve issues for existing and potential customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience throughout the customer journey. Work 20 hours weekly in a hybrid model at our Cologne office, utilizing strong German and English communication skills to handle inquiries and support the sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung oder Studium
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) in Deutsch
- gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Vertrieb mit Fokus auf Beantwortung von Anrufen, E-Mails, Tickets oder Erfahrungen im täglichen Kundenkontakt
- Gute Auffassungsgabe
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1 in Wort und Schrift)
- Führerschein (Klasse B)
- Immatrikulation in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang
