Job Summary
Manage diverse HR services tasks including personnel data maintenance, HR inbox processing, and creation of employee documents. Support internal stakeholders throughout the employee journey with administrative and organizational responsibilities while maintaining high service quality standards. Apply a consultant mindset to actively contribute to the development of the HR Services area and ensure professional guidance for staff at every stage. Requires a bachelor's or early master's degree in HR, economics, or psychology, with strong German and English skills. Full-time position with flexible working hours and remote work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Studium in der Abschlussphase des Bachelors oder zu Beginn des Masters
- Bezug zu Personal, Wirtschaft oder Psychologie
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
