Job Summary
Support founders and the executive team on strategic and operational topics by independently leading projects across sales, operations, marketing, and business development. Conduct research on new markets, tools, and technologies to inform decision-making, while analyzing company metrics to derive actionable recommendations. Create analyses, presentations, and reports; optimize internal processes using AI and automation tools like Make or n8n. Coordinate complex initiatives and troubleshoot urgent operational challenges with minimal supervision. This role offers direct access to leadership, full responsibility for end-to-end project execution, and hands-on experience in strategy and digital transformation within a growing retail media company.

Desired Qualifications
