Job Summary
Prepare photobooths, technical setups, and accessories for customer delivery, verifying completeness, cleanliness, and functionality against checklists. Pack equipment, cables, and materials carefully, then inspect returned setups for missing or damaged parts while documenting issues. Ensure every setup is quickly restored for the next event and maintain the operations area as organized and ready. Occasionally assist with on-site assembly in the Düsseldorf area or manage setups directly at events. This role supports our mission to make the world smile by guaranteeing reliable event technology across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation (Studentenstatus)
- Regelmäßige Verfügbarkeit als Werkstudent
- Freude an Technik, Gadgets, Hardware und praktischer Arbeit
- Arbeitsweise: konzentriert, strukturiert und mit Blick fürs Detail
- Fähigkeit, Kisten zu packen, Geräte zu tragen und Dinge sauber zu organisieren
- Zuverlässigkeit
- Fähigkeit, freundlich und professionell aufzutreten (besonders bei Kunden vor Ort)
- Flexibilität für gelegentliche Aufbauten oder Eventeinsätze
- PKW-Führerschein (idealerweise)
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in Event, Logistik, Operations, Veranstaltungstechnik oder technischem Support
