Job Summary
Conduct research and analysis on ESG topics, product compliance legislation, and data evaluations. Develop reports and presentations regarding ESG compliance themes and support the creation of risk assessments and models. Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to ESG and product compliance standards while assisting in the development of the ESG & Product Compliance Management System. This role supports the implementation of regulations including LkSG, CSRD, BattVO, EUDR, and PPWR within the ESG Compliance organization at BayWa AG.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaft, Nachhaltigkeit oder einem verwandten Studiengang
- Interesse an ESG-Themen, Compliance und am Verständnis von operativen Prozessen und Geschäftsabläufen
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
