Job Summary
Manage export control documentation for external suppliers and verify B2B order confirmations for delivery, price, and quantity variances. Create purchase orders for spare parts from internal vendors and provide administrative project support and general coverage during staff absences. Communicate professionally in English and German while utilizing MS Office and ideally SAP. Work part-time (40-50%) at Syntegon Technology Services AG in Beringen, starting October 1st.
Required Qualifications
- English and German language skills
- Availability for 40-50% (16-20 hours) per week
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to handle export control legal documents for external suppliers
- Verification and maintenance of B2B order confirmations regarding delivery dates, prices, and quantity deviations
- Creation of replacement part orders for internal suppliers
- Administrative support for projects and general support during bottlenecks and absences
Desired Qualifications
- Initial experience with SAP
