Job Summary
Collect and process media and external transactions, then clean and improve data quality within the investment database. Mark inactive real estate listings, validate building types, and connect datasets to support market researchers. Contribute to defining commercial property categories and develop smart solutions for real estate challenges. Work 8 to 16 hours per week, partially on-site in Utrecht, with a flexible schedule. Join a small, informal team at Brainbay, an innovative data platform within the NVM that transforms real estate market data into actionable insights for professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Een hbo of wo studie doet
- Goed Nederlands spreekt en schrijft
- Beschikbaar is voor 8 tot 16 uur per week
- Goed overweg kan met Excel

- SQL
