Manage customer financial support from digital ordering through invoice generation (X-Receivables) for a family business specializing in technical information and B2B SaaS applications. Assist in implementing processes between the webshop and internal warehouse management systems based on customer requests. Document work steps in the ERP system to ensure data quality between the webshop and internal systems. Verify the correctness and completeness of orders, customer data, and supplier information. Work independently with routine office software skills, reporting to Nicolaus Preuß-Neudorf for inquiries. Flexible hours accommodate study schedules, with options for final thesis or direct entry post-study.
