Job Summary
Werkstudent im Bereich Customer Success unterstützt Onboarding inkl. Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Grundkonfiguration von Demo- und Testumgebungen; Erstellung, Pflege und Analyse von FAQs, Templates und Self-Service-Inhalten; Mitarbeit beim Aufbau des Learning Centers; Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Video-Tutorials, Training-Materialien und Content Creation; Einsatz moderner AI-Funktionen sowie Automatisierungsprozesse im Tool-Stack; Zusammenarbeit mit CSM/TSM/Produktteam sowie remote Arbeitsweise mit hohem Gestaltungsspielraum.
