Job Summary
Support credit risk management and collection tasks by processing CAM assignments, additions, and chargebacks while monitoring and assigning credit inquiries. Verify repair requests and manage account freezes for payment delays or missing documentation. Maintain master data, archive inactive customers, and generate reports. Collaborate on projects and handle administrative duties. Requires a business administration degree, strong German and English skills, and proficiency in Excel. Part-time role (up to 20 hours/week) based in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Sehr gute PC-Anwendungskenntnisse (Office, insbesondere Excel)
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interesse an finanzwirtschaftlichen Themen
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Zahlen
