Job Summary
Support the Occupational Health Management team by actively participating in current initiatives and developing health concepts for the Nordenham site. Handle administrative tasks including post intake, structured document archiving, and maintaining data lists and databases. Conduct simple data collection and analysis, preparing results clearly for review. Utilize specific software solutions after onboarding to execute tasks according to precise instructions. Work approximately 18 hours per week with flexible working arrangements, contributing to a diverse international environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional interfaces.
Required Qualifications
- Eingeschriebenes Vollzeitstudium (d/m/w) in Gesundheitswissenschaften, Psychologie, Sportwissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften / Soziale Arbeit oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise nach konkreten Vorgabe
- Awareness of any potential compliance risks
- Commitment to act with integrity
