Coordinate complex machine retrofit projects by creating documentation for out-of-list modifications, reviewing orders, and selecting optimal upgrade locations based on capacity and cost. Lead pilot builds in alignment with product marketing and technical support, manage material options pricing, and optimize internal processes for new machine conversions. Serve as the primary contact for staff regarding retrofit initiatives while developing training materials and implementing improvement measures based on site feedback. The role requires a Land- or Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician with a Technician or Master's degree, strong business acumen, and advanced Excel/ERP skills. Full-time position in Anröchte with moderate travel requirements.
