Lead a modern workshop ensuring smooth daily operations and successful business results. Support your team with repair intake, cost estimates, and work oversight while acting as a trusted contact for customers on warranty and service matters. Transfer expertise to apprentices until their completion and assist in sales with technical advice. Maintain overview in all situations, advocate for team and customer goals, and work independently to motivate staff. Requires Meisterprüfung in agricultural machinery or comparable trade, leadership experience, MS Office proficiency, and economic understanding.
