Lead a workshop team of approximately 50 people, ensuring departmental goal achievement through active recruitment and continuous team development. Provide technical guidance for repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics while participating in the introduction of new repair methods. Plan and steer vehicles through the entire process, conduct internal quality controls, and implement improvements in workshop organization and workspace design.
