Job Summary
Manage the economic and personnel responsibility for the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Plan, coordinate, and conduct maintenance and repair work on company-owned utility vehicles and construction machinery, including installation and commissioning of new components. Perform software-based documentation of all completed tasks. Lead employees professionally and personally, guiding them in technical and personal development. Requires successful vocational training as a Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker or comparable, with leadership experience. Full-time position with competitive pay, private pension, and bike leasing available.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreiche technische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung als Werkstattmitarbeiter oder Servicetechniker, z.B. in Baumaschinentechnik, KFZ, NFZ
- Weiterbildung zum Meister als Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker abgeschlossen oder geplant
- Führungserfahrung in Werkstatt, Mitarbeitende fachlich und persönlich angeleitet
- Freundliches Auftreten
