Develop front- and backend components of the TUTORize learning platform using modern web technologies such as Docker, MySQL, Sass, JavaScript, and Ruby on Rails. Participate in agile teams to build web applications for enterprise clients like Allianz and BLG, contributing to digital learning solutions used by over 150,000 users. Engage in regular code reviews and collaborate on projects that shape the future of corporate education. Work in a hybrid model combining remote and on-site days, with flexible hours and trust-based autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Studium der Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiums (z.B. Computervisualistik)
- Lernwillig und eignest dir neues Wissen schnell und selbstständig an
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Software-Entwicklung
- gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
