Job Summary
As a Werkplekbeheerder, you will support end-users by addressing first and second-line incidents, managing workstations, installing hardware, and ensuring new employees are operational. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical issues, maintaining clear records in a ticketing system, and interacting positively with clients to ensure satisfaction. Candidates are expected to have completed MBO 3 or 4 in ICT and possess recent experience in a service desk role, along with strong communication skills in Dutch.
Required Qualifications
- Completed MBO 3 or 4 education in ICT
- Recent work or internship experience at a service desk or in workplace management
- Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing)
- Valid driving license B
