Coordinate a team of 12 mechanics for preventive and corrective maintenance at the Buren facility, planning daily tasks ranging from execution welding to overhaul cycles. Prepare work orders, calculate estimates, procure parts, and provide clear instructions while monitoring progress from start to finish. Direct staff functionally, distribute workloads to ensure optimal staffing, and support technicians during operations. Manage HR-related duties including sick leave approvals, vacation requests, and performance development discussions. Ensure all maintenance activities are executed efficiently and safely within a hybrid schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.
