Job Summary
Lead daily operations on construction sites, directing a team of three electricians through work preparation, execution, and resource procurement. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, risk analyses, and quality standards while serving as the primary contact for colleagues and clients. Manage all necessary documentation and coordinate the timely ordering of materials and tools. Maintain full-time on-site availability with flexibility for varying hours and locations. Requires an electrician qualification or proven team leader experience, with proficiency in Dutch and French preferred. Required Qualifications
- Werkleider Electriciteit met kennis van zowel laag- als hoogspanning
- Opleiding electriciteit
- Aantoonbare ervaring als ploegbaas
- Ervaring in een technische context
- Ervaring met specifiek elektriciteit / hoogspanning
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands
- Flexibiliteit naar werkuren en verplaatsingen toe
- Hands-on mentaliteit
- Gedrevenheid in organiseren
- Veiligheidsbewustzijn
- Verantwoordelijkheidszin
- Oog voor netheid en kwaliteit
