Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise multiple active construction sites, managing operations from start to finish while ordering materials and ensuring documentation and safety compliance. Lead maintenance crews, negotiate with other contractors on-site, and report progress to the operational director. Anticipate project needs proactively to keep workflows smooth across new builds and renovations ranging from 10 to 50 units. Based in Brussels, Vlaams-Brabant, or Antwerpen, this role requires a Bachelor in Construction or equivalent with at least three years of site leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minimum 3 jaar ervaring als werfleider of projectleider
- Ervaring met A-tot-Z bouwprojecten
- Proactief: je wacht niet af, je anticipeert
- Goede organisator: planning, logistiek en communicatie gaan je vlot af
- Je woont in of rond Brussel, Vlaams-Brabant of Antwerpen
