Lead industrial construction projects from design through execution phases, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets. Evaluate project readiness for delivery, draft construction feasibility dossiers, and manage comprehensive site planning across brownfield, greenfield, and renovation developments. Monitor daily progress, ensure compliance with building and safety regulations, and proactively resolve issues while managing permits, licenses, and risks. Prepare internal and external progress reports. Requires 10 years of construction management experience with at least 5 in industrial projects, VCA safety certification, and fluency in Dutch and French. Based in Mechelen, Belgium, with travel to both regions.
