Lead the site and manage own teams and subcontractors on the Oosterweel connection project, ensuring everyone knows tasks and deadlines. Monitor planning, maintain high tempo, and translate plans into efficient on-site execution while keeping safety, quality, and environment sharp. Intervene decisively when needed, track performance against costs and progress, and review billing proposals from subcontractors and suppliers. Report clearly to project leadership. Requires a bachelor in civil engineering with 3–5 years of experience, full VCA certificate, and fluency in Dutch (French/English helpful).
