Job Summary
Organize site logistics including access, lifts, containers, and material permits while overseeing safety measures and daily work progress. Coordinate with the Engineering team to prepare orders and manage invoicing, then supervise quality and proactively resolve technical challenges. Lead workshop communications and drive efficiency improvements across the project. This role serves as the right hand to the Construction Manager, supporting execution on prestigious interior stripping, HVAC, and interior projects for clients like Microsoft and LVMH. You will develop skills to eventually take full coordination responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor-diploma Bouw of bent ingenieur-architect
- Nederlandstalig met goede kennis Engels en Frans
- Communicatief om werfvergaderingen te leiden
- Je bent bereid om op termijn zelfstandig de coördinatieopdracht van werven over te nemen
